A wonderful company in Burlington is in need of a Shipping Clerk/Office Admin Role

This opportunity is for FULL TIME HOURS Temp to Perm

Hourly Rate: $16.00/hr

Job Type: Fulltime- Monday to Friday

Start Date: Immediate

Shift/Hours Available: 8:00am-5:00pm      

Job Description:

  • Book all appointments with carriers and clients
  • Work with clients with regards to inventory reports
  • Create and send reports
  • Data entry into WHS
  • Enter orders, create receipts and run queries
  • General office duties
  • Check orders
  • Oversee stickering and label process
  • Process goods for shipping and various courier software

 

Requirements:

  • Attention to detail/Accurate
  • Planning and Organizing work to meet deadlines
  • Must speak, read and understand English
  • Must wear safety footwear(your own is required)
  • Reliable and dedicated employee
  • MS Office skills are required- Word, Outlook, Excel

  • Office positon is located in the warehouse and must dress appropriate to weather conditions
