As a Team Lead in Environmental Services, reporting directly to the Director, you will work to ensure sustainable growth and forging strong relationships with our Clients and represent our company as a leader in energy and industrial markets.

What You Do:

  • Interface with clients and staff to setup, manage and report on front-end environmental services.
  • Build and maintain positive client relationship focused on providing top quality service in a variety of environmental programs including pre-construction assessment, water course and water body assessments and classification, soil and vegetation monitoring, wildlife assessments and environmental monitoring for construction projects.
  • Manage the staff and financial reporting and forecasting for the front-end environmental services business line.
  • Overall management of environmental portfolio clients
  • Managing projects and mentoring of junior staff
  • Coordinating and providing technical guidance for front-end environmental programs.
  • Business development and marketing with current and new client relationships to grow and expand the environmental services business line
  • Cost tracking, reporting and report technical review
  • Implement corporate and client safety programs
  • Ensure that project requirements are met in a timely and effective manner

What You Bring:

  • Technical Diploma or University Degree in environmental science or related discipline
  • More than 10+ years of relevant environmental consulting experience in the Oil and Gas sector.
  • Strong vegetation identification and soil characterization skills

The entire project lifecycle services include: Full project lifecycle consulting for land, environmental, regulatory, reclamation and remediation needs. We also provide professional advisory on a variety of planning, permitting, compliance, expansion, decommissioning, pipeline integrity, environmental assessment, monitoring, and waste management services.

These services are provided by environmental science specialists and other technical staff working on project requirements from ClearStream district offices. Our staff includes regulatory professionals, environmental scientists, biologists, and agrolgists.
