We are looking for an astounding individual to join our team as Customer Service Representative. The ideal candidate is someone who is open to opportunity, eager to learn, committed and ready to grow with our organization.

Compensation: Fixed Weekly Rates + Bonuses

What to Expect:

A typical day as a Customer Service Representative consists of communicating with our customers and clients in-person. We look to provide exceptional customer service to each individual; with that being said our team is always looking to find new ways to improve what we do. In order to embark as a successful team member you will be need to have the passion to continuously learn, grow, develop and take part in building our team to improve our organization’s success. We look to give the most to all our members; on-going support and training, recognition as well as support with growth and development within our company.

What you will be doing:

  • Manage promotion strategies with strong attention to detail
  • Collaborate well with team members in order to build a stronger and more successful work environment
  • Translate information in person to all potential clients and customers with professional demeanour
  • Coordinate, track and monitor daily success and transfer information/areas in need of improvement to management
  • Communicate directly to all customers and clients providing updated industry knowledge in order to build strong professional business relationships
  • Work closely with team members to book/coordinate meetings and events
  • Administer processes and track personal success measured to goals
  • Help to ensure company standards are consistent, understood and maintained

  • Customer Service Experience
  • Strong Interpersonal skills
  • Must be comfortable communicating in person to our clients and customers
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to effectively translate information using superior communication skills
  • Desire to take initiative and deliver results; ambition to grow within the company
  • Self-starter attitude with attention to detail
  • Flexibility to handle diverse tasks
  • Time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple task and meet deadlines
  • High School Diploma
