Position Hours: Full-Time Only (Monday through Friday)

Position Title: Customer Service Representative

Level 1: Entry-level professional with limited or no prior experience; learns to use professional concepts to resolve problems of limited scope and complexity; works on developmental assignments that are initially routine in nature, requiring limited judgment and decision making.

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
  • deal directly with customers in person
  • respond promptly to customer inquiries
  • handle and resolve customer complaints
  • obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle program inquiries
  • set up new customer accounts
  • process orders, forms, applications
  • direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource
  • communicate and coordinate with internal departments
  • provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
  • attend all workshops, meetings & training sessions
