Bilingual (French/English) Customer Service/Inside Sales - Mississauga, Ontario 

What's the role?

In this entry-level sales role, your development begins with two months of hands-on training which will set you up for success by learning the foundation of our company's culture, products, and services.

As an Inside Sales / Customer Service Specialist you will influence and serve all our customers, including internal team members and Account Managers who have direct relationships with the our company customer experience. Your participation in the Account Management Development Program is essential to prepare you for your next step in an outside sales role.

Day to day you’ll report to your manager, who will also be there to help you manage your career.

What you need is:
  • High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent work experience
  • Previous customer service and/or sales skills required
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Drive to develop strong and sustainable customer relationships
  • Fully bilingual French/English
