A busy, quickly growing, small property management company which requires an experienced Bookkeeper.

 Bookkeeping Tasks include:

  • maintaining the books
  • managing accounts payable
  • reconciling bank accounts
  • preparing monthly statements
  • reporting to the trial balance stage.

Other possible Clerical Duties:

  • data entry, phones, word processing, filing, faxing photocopying, etc. . . .

 Experience, Skills, Style Required

  • experience working in a Property Management company -- MUST HAVE
  • knowledge of Shiftsuite, Yardi preferred
  • skilled in MS-Word and MS-Excel
  • Accounting or bookkeeping diploma
  • excellent attention to detail, and outstanding organization skills;
  • excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Job Parameters

  • mid-Toronto location (you must have a reasonable commute)
  • accessible by TTC
  • part-time, at least 3 days per week, leading for full-time, normal office hours
