Customer Service Advisor-$15.00/ hr + Benefits and Bonus

We offer:
Permanent full time positions offering 5 scheduled shifts per week of up to 36 paid hours, Monday to Friday between 8:00 am and 8 pm & Saturday between 9 am and 6 pm as business requires, typically working 2 Saturdays per month.

Offering a  base salary of as well as hourly performance bonus bonus,

French/English bilingual premium adding $2.00/hour to the above,

$300 annual benefit health spending reimbursement plan for you and your family after 90 days of employment

  • Minimum of 6 months -1 year inbound/outbound customer service experience
  • Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing with good to excellent English communication skills
  • Above-average mathematical aptitude as evidenced by successful completion of evaluation.
  • PC literacy and learning aptitude
  • Ability to efficiently multi-task
  • Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to type 40 WPM with accuracy as evidenced by successful completion of typing evaluation.
  • Previous experience in customer care via phone or online channel is an asset
  • Ability to effectively communicate through Webchat, Email and social media
  • Management of Social media, with the ability to analyze content including potential media escalation is an asset.

Conveniently located in the Whitby Mall, spacious, bright open concept. The DRT is a 2 minute walk, located just outside our office building.

Can you offer superior customer service in a fast-paced work environment? You will be providing a wide range of inbound customer service. Key responsibilities including, bill explanation, account maintenance and collections. As a member of our team, you will leverage the value of product information through direct customer contact in order to promote our Client’s services. Negotiation in working towards viable solutions is key.
