Location: Pontiac, MI

Responsibilities:

• Inspect equipment to ensure in good working order
• Support preventative maintenance to reduce machine downtime
• Clean and lubricate parts, replace defective defective
• Maintain good housekeeping
• Practice health & safety, proper lockout procedures
• Develop efficient maintenance, improvement, and installation of recycling equipment in compliance with company procedures.
• Work with the operations team to ensure operating metrics such as efficiencies, up time and reuptimety are being met.
• Provide Technical support (related to reliability/maintenance services) for all production equipment throughout the facility.
• Assure equipment is mechanically capable of meeting design operating rates and reliability and improve uptime and reliability for all equipment.
• Identify and develop plans to improve equipment designs or department procedures to maximize asset availability.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing
• 5 Years of Supervisory experience with significant hands-on experience in leading maintenance teams.
• Education And/or Experience Industrial Millwright (433a) or Industrial Electrician (442A or 309A) is an asset
