As an Independent Software Vendor (ISV) and Microsoft partner, we offer flexible and innovative field service management solutions to our clients. Built on Microsoft Dynamics 365, we cater to specialty contractors and niche industries.
We are currently looking for an IT Manager who has extensive experience in the field.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- Microsoft cloud platforms, such as 365, Azure and Entra
- Developing and implementing IT security policies and procedures
- Exposure to Microsoft Dynamics CE and / or Microsoft Dynamics BC, Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Studio, and working in the Microsoft Partner channel preferred
- At least a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent
- Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or Microsoft Certified: Azure Security Engineer Associate
- Strong understanding of Microsoft applications and services, such as SharePoint, Teams, and Exchange
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards
- Excellent communicator and problem solver

WHAT ARE THE JOB's RESPONSIBILITIES?
IT Infrastructure Management:
- Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans
- Implement and manage cloud services, leveraging the latest Microsoft cloud solutions
- Maintain and secure the company's IT systems
- Ensure the availability, performance, and scalability of IT resources
Compliance and Security:
- Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments
- Modernize existing and develop new IT security policies to comply with industry standards and regulations
- Develop internal processes to enforce and comply with IT security policies
- Implement data protection measures and ensure compliance with data privacy laws
Collaboration and Support:
- Work closely with other departments to understand their IT needs and provide solutions
- Provide guidance to the product and engineering teams on Microsoft technologies and security matters
- Offer technical support and training to staff as needed
Vendor Management:
- Manage relationships with IT vendors and service providers
- Evaluate and select new technologies and services
