Inbound Customer Service Representative - Bilingual (French / English)

Your Role:

 

We are looking to add full-time permanent Bilingual (French / English) Call Centre Representatives provide timely service to our clients while keeping them satisfied.

 

Hours:This is a full time role for five days a week. The two days off will be 2 consecutive days but will not necessarily be Saturday and Sunday. This role is 38.5 hours a week of consistent work with an opportunity for overtime hours if desired. This is not a temporary or contract position; this is a permanent role.

 

Duties:

 

- Communicate with customers through incoming calls, emails, texts, and online chat inquiries from our clients customers
- Being the point of contact when clients reach out for assistance and questions
- No sales

-Inbound calls only

 

Qualifications:

 

- Good command of both English and French
- Experience in a customer services field
- Must be able to work a full-time schedule of 5 days on, 2 days off
