Shop:

• Report to shop manager and assist with leading a shop crew of 8 people
• Assist manager in training and quality control
• Fabricate sheet metal fittings for commercial and industrial customers at fab shop
• Using machinery and equipment to bend, cut, burn sheet metal
• Insulating ductwork
• Assist with deliveries and pickups

Qualifications:

• Journeypersons ticket
• 2+ years of experience in a lead shop position
• Valid driver's license
• Strong communication, organization and time management skills
• Ability to delegate tasks
