Compensation: $23.00 - $50.00 per hour, depending on trade, experience and certifications

Work Environment

• Shipyard and office environment.
• Fast-paced, deadline-driven projects with multiple priorities.
• May require overtime or weekend work during peak project phases.
• Interaction with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders.

Trades Needed Immediately

We are seeking experienced, fully qualified tradespeople for the following roles: 

• Plumbers
• Welders / Fabricators
• Carpenter Installers
• Fairing & Painting Technicians
• Mechanical Installers

Qualifications for Skilled Trades Roles:

• Red Seal or Journeyperson Certification required depending on role
• Minimum 3+ years of post-certification experience
• Strong understanding of trade-specific practices in a construction, marine, or industrial environment
• Committed to safety and quality workmanship
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
