Roles and Responsibilities:

• Performing installation and repairs on plumbing and heating systems.
• Installation, repairs and diagnosis of propane gas systems.
• Locating leaks, tears, blockages, corrosion, and weather damage in water and HVAC systems.
• Fixing issues in water and HVAC systems by repairing or replacing equipment.
• Installing pipes and appropriate fixtures to ensure adequate drainage.
• Consulting with clients to identify and address any other concerns related to their water and HVAC systems.
• Advising clients on appropriate care for their water and HVAC systems.

 Qualifications:

• Journeyman certificate preferred
• 5+  years of plumbing experience in a commercial setting. 
• Strong attention to detail.
• Valid driver's license and clean driver's abstract.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs or more.
• Has own trade tools.
• 1st to 4th year apprentice and journeyman plumbing certifications are considered an asset.
