Recruiter or HR Person for our Social Media & Email Marketing

We are seeking a person with a Recruiting or HR background with experience in  Social Media & Email Marketing and now AI who can do it all and be our Social Media & Email Marketing Person.

This role is to connect with HR Managers, Recruiters. Owners and Presidents of companies across Canada and the US, making them aware of our hiring and recruitment services, and how we can assist them in all their hiring needs.

About the Role

We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented Social Media & Email Marketing Coordinator to manage our social media presence, write engaging newsletters, and oversee our email marketing database. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong writing skills with marketing strategy and technical organization. We are also looking for someone tapping  in and and either learning or using AI in their marketing outreach. 

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management

• Develop and execute social media content strategy across platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, X etc.)
• Create engaging posts, graphics, and short-form content
• Schedule and manage content calendars
• Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages
• Track analytics and optimize performance
• Create and manage programs that lead to sales

Newsletter & Content Writing

• Write compelling monthly (or bi-weekly) newsletters
• Develop promotional email campaigns
• Craft subject lines and calls-to-action that drive engagement
• Repurpose content for social media and website use
• Create content that leads to sales

Email Marketing & Database Management

• Manage and maintain email recipient database
• Segment lists for targeted campaigns
• Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations (CASL)
• Monitor open rates, click-through rates, and campaign performance
• Maintain database hygiene (removing inactive contacts, updating records)
• Goal is to create sales

AI

• Using AI in all aspects of the marketing
• Potential creating AI social personalities

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in social media and email marketing
• Strong writing and editing skills
• Experience with email marketing platforms (Brevo, Constant Contact, etc.)
• Familiarity with social media scheduling tools
• Basic graphic design skills (Canva or similar)
• Strong organizational and database management skills
• Understanding of analytics and performance metrics

Preferred Skills

• Experience with CRM systems
• Knowledge of SEO and content marketing
• Experience running free and paid social campaigns
• Marketing automation experience
• Adoption of AI and AI tools
