Project Coordinator (Administrative Support)

This Administrative role supports a Project Manager. As Project Coordinator, you will work with the Project Manager to deliver best in class service to our clients. This position is based in our Mississauga office.

You will be responsible for:

  • Effectively communicating with homeowners, internal departments, suppliers and contractors
  • Generating work orders and purchase orders
  • Ordering materials required for job sites, tracking delivery, and monitoring inventory
  • Maintaining current and accurate files in job management applications and managing shared calendars
  • Understanding all Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and ensuring compliance
  • Delivering a high standard or customer service experience through quality work and high Net Promoter Scores (NPS)
  • Participation in on call rotation to provide administrative support and triage of after hours emergencies is required.

 

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Construction related experience is an asset
  • Highly organized
  • Capable of maintaining a high attention to detail

  • Able to handle shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
