Sales Rep \ Lead Hand - Telephone Sales of Industry Specific Job Postings

We are a leader of industry specific websites and publications across Canada with more than 65 titles.

We are seeking a Sales Lead Hand to run and manage our Job Posting department.

You will be a working sales rep and the sales manager hiring, training, coaching and holding accountable 4-10 sales reps.

You must be an accomplished telephone sales rep and have the skills to manage and coach a team.

Our office is located in Mississauga near Derry Rd and Hwy 410. We are only 5 minutes from Brampton

 

This is your team and you are 100% responsible for their success and yours. Your coaching and mentoring skills will be crucial to your success as a sales manager. You will handle the day to day operations of your team and be required to ensure all your sales reps are hitting their performance targets.

Must haves:

  • Sales Experience
  • Experience coaching and mentoring others
  • Experience managing a team of sales representatives
  • Experience with inside sales
  • Experience in hiring, coaching and mentoring
  • Strong communication skills over the phone
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Ability to build relationships with a wide variety of clients over time
  • The ability to mentor and coach sales representatives
  • Strong computer, CRM, internet and social media skills and the ability to learn new technologies quickly
  • The ability to assist in closing clients
  • Strong presentation skills for clients
  • Experience dealing with sales agreements and contracts

 

Nice to have:

  • Previous inside sales experience with applicant tracking systems, recruiting, hiring, HR solutions, advertising, online advertising, classified advertising, help wanted advertising, promotional items or software as a service
  • Experience mentoring and coaching “green” sales representatives
  • Experience managing a remote workforce.
  • Experience managing a telemarketing workforce.
