Program Management Coordinator

Our company is a designer and manufacturer of precision stamped and assembled metallic components for the automotive industry.
We are looking for an organized self starter to join our Engineering team who will be responsible to support the Program Managers in coordinating and organizing all facets of the administrative process to ensure project deadlines are met.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Track Purchase Order Requisitions
- Cost Tracking of projects
- Cost Tracking/PPAP MGT form updates
- CMS Project Creation/Updates
- Tool Spend Tracking Form Updates
- Misc Program Management support documentation
Education and Skills Required:
Completion of relevant post secondary education, preferably within a finance related program.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Products, expert working knowledge/experience with excel.
Ability to multi-task with strong decision making and prioritization skills.
Reliable, self starter.
